Yes, hours after T.I. was released from prison, VH1 has announced the rapper is signed on for a post-prison reality show ... set to debut in December.
According to VH1, the show will follow T.I. as he "re-adjusts to life as a free man after being incarcerated for nearly a year in a Federal prison in Arkansas."
The show -- which has yet to be given a title -- promises that viewers will get an up-close and personal look as T.I. is "reunited with his wife and kids and thrust back into society at this crucial juncture in his life."
VH1 issued a press release about the show ... which posed the question, "Can the King stay on the straight and narrow while juggling the chaos of his kingdom?"
If he doesn't, T.I. could go back to prison for a long time -- but OH, THE RATINGS ... right?

Bruno Mars is declaring war on his music publisher -- claiming the company refuses to let him out of his contract ... even though he has already delivered on his end of the bargain.
Mars has filed a lawsuit against Bug Music, Inc. -- claiming the company failed to pick up the option on his contract after he delivered an agreed upon number of songs.
In the documents, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Mars claims he turned in all of his music by February -- at which point, Bug had a certain amount of time to exercise its option to continue the relationship with Mars.
Bruno claims Bug never got back to him ... so he considered the contract terminated.
According to the docs, the honchos at Bug believe Mars is wrong -- and insist he is still under a contract which gives them 50% of the copyrights of any music Bruno makes.
Now, Mars says ... he needs a judge to issue a declaration that his contract is in fact over -- so he can move on with his career.
We called Bug for comment -- but they didn't want to talk.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made moments after the body of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Russell Armstrong was found on August 15 at a friend's home where Russell was staying.
You can hear the caller say, "My friend just hanged himself, do you understand? Come over here and stop asking questions."
As TMZ first reported, Russell's estranged wife Taylor Armstrong was also there when the body was found -- and you can hear the caller console her ... saying, "Come here Taylor, it's alright. It's alright, it's alright." The first words you hear a sobbing Taylor say are, "I need my psychiatrist."
Perhaps the most heartbreaking part is when the caller reveals Russell's 5-year old daughter is also at the house. At one point he says, "Taylor, have your daughter go away please."
The 911 operator asks if Russell is beyond help -- and the caller responds, "No, there's nothing you can do, it's nothing we can do. Just please come as soon as possible."

Rapper T.I. has been released from an Arkansas prison -- and is on his way to either a community living facility or home confinement ... TMZ has learned.
T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after his drug possession arrest on the Sunset Strip back in September 2010 -- an arrest that caused law enforcement officials to revoke his probation stemming from a federal gun conviction back in 2009.
Chris Burke, spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, tells us T.I. was released at 7:29 AM local time ... and is "in transit" to begin the next leg of his sentence.
T.I. checked into prison on November 1, 2010 -- and he was originally scheduled to be released on September 29.
6:50 AM: T.I. is already back on Twitter -- and just fired off a message saying, "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!"
He also wrote, "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most."

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva were both in court his morning to sign the final settlement of their custody war -- but Oksana got a little something extra out of it ... plugs for her music career!
Mel sat stoic through much of the hearing ... though he clearly rolled his eyes when the judge warned both sides that no further audio recordings can be released -- an obvious reference to Oksana's recorded conversations with Mel.

The settlement struck between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva is nothing less than a financial fiasco for a woman who wanted untold millions of dollars from her famous ex.
TMZ obtained a copy of the original 2010 settlement worth $15 million that Oksana disavowed. At the time, Oksana said she would not go through with the settlement because she felt Mel was a danger to their daughter Lucia and believed Mel should not have unsupervised contact with the child.
In reality, sources connected to the case tell TMZ, the real reason Oksana walked away from the settlement is because she was advised she could get a lot more than $15 million because of the alleged physical abuse she claims she suffered at the hands of Mel.
Now, in a shocking twist of fate, rather than getting $15 million, Oksana is only getting $750k. On top of that, she was concerned about Mel having unsupervised visitation ... Mel is actually getting MORE unsupervised visitation based on the agreement that was just struck.
The fact is, under the 2010 agreement, Mel would NOT have gotten 50/50 custody until Lucia turns 3 years old. Under the current agreement, he gets 50/50 custody immediately.

The Pregnant Man -- Thomas Beatie -- claims he SHOULD HAVE been chosen to compete on "Dancing with the Stars" this season ... but says, "Chaz Bono stole my thunder."
Beatie tells TMZ ... he reached out to casting in the hopes of landing a spot a few months ago -- but never got a call back. But after DWTS announced that Chaz would be on the show, Thomas says he thinks he knows why he was rejected -- the transgender quota had already been filled.

Mel Gibson has agreed to fork over $750,000 to his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva as part of their custody settlement ... TMZ has learned.
According to the terms of the agreement, revealed today in court, Mel will give Oksana the money in 3 installments of $250,000 -- the first payment will be made when the deal is signed today.
The next payment will be made on Sept. 15, 2013 -- and the final payment will be made on Jan. 1, 2016.
Today in court, the judge in the custody case said the couple will have joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Lucia.
The judge also said the house that Oksana and Lucia are living in will be sold when Lucia turns 18 and the money will be placed in a trust for Lucia.
The couple also agreed that no books can be written by either party ABOUT the other party. The judge also mentioned that neither party can hire a ghost-writer to write a book about the other party either.
If any repairs need to be made on Oksana's home, Mel is required to pay for the work -- up to $5,000.
The judge asked both Mel and Oksana if they understood and agreed to the terms of the settlement -- and they both replied, "Yes."
During the hearing, Mel addressed the judge and said, "Thanks for a reasonable conclusion."
Oksana also spoke ... saying, "Thanks to the judge for the tremendous help to resolve this matter."

The man who was Ed Helms' stunt double in "The Hangover 2" is suing Warner Bros -- claiming he was badly injured during a high speed stunt-gone-wrong for the movie last year in Bangkok, Thailand.
The stunt man -- Scott McLean -- filed a lawsuit in California federal court on Tuesday ... claiming he was participating in a stunt where he had to lean out of the window of a moving truck ... when something went terribly wrong.
According to McLean, another car involved in the stunt skidded out and crashed -- resulting in a major collision.
McLean claims the stunt required "precision and timing" -- but after the stunt was underway, the stunt coordinator changed the timing ... which screwed up everything.
McLean's reps told The Hollywood Reporter he suffered, "likely permanent brain and physical injuries," including ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments, and brain trauma.
McLean is suing for unspecified damages.
9:01 AM: A rep for Warner Bros. tells TMZ, "We were shocked and saddened by this accident and have been working closely with Scott and his family throughout his treatment and recovery."
The rep adds, "We have offered continual support since the accident occurred and we are working together to try and resolve any outstanding issues."

Members of a rap group founded by Tupac Shakur have released a new video in which they claim they rolled up Pac's ashes with marijuana and SMOKED him after he passed away.
The Outlawz -- most famous for the Biggie Smalls diss track "Hit 'em Up" -- said, "Yeah, it's definitely true" ... claiming it all went down at a beach memorial for Pac -- and his mom was present at the time.
The rappers claim the idea was inspired by a lyric in one of Tupac's songs in which he said, "Last wishes n**gas, smoke my ashes."
So ... the Outlawz say they simply followed Pac's request -- explaining, "We twist up some of that great-granddaddy California kush ...and mixed the big homie with it ... so you know, [Tupac is] flowin' through our system."

Jeri, ashes are like most organic material except rocks. It's carbon, when you smoke marijuana it converts to ashes aka carbon it would not affect the smoke ability of weed as long as pac was not fully converted to ash.
You have to be retarted to smoke someones ashes. Ashes don't burn D*ckweed.

As someone who handles cremated remains for a living, I can assure that what you think are "ashes" are in fact, varying degrees of sand like particles. When you are cremated so is your casket. Dorks.
