Jenelle Evans was recently charged with driving on a suspended license, but it doesn't matter -- because the charge was quickly dismissed ... and we're told, it was all a big misunderstanding.Jenelle's lawyer Dustin Sullivan tells TMZ, her license was automatically suspended in July for failure to pay a speeding ticket. The "Teen Mom" was pulled over soon after for an unrelated offense -- and cops cited her for driving on a suspended license.
But according to the lawyer, the ticket HAD been paid -- it just wasn't registered in the system for some reason.
The charge was dismissed yesterday once the mix-up was clarified in court -- and Jenelle's license was successfully reinstated. The end.
