Judgment Day has come for "Terminator 2" star Edward Furlong ... and a court has decided the actor owes more than $15,000 in back child support payments to his ex-wife.
According to papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Furlong has only forked over $3,201 in payments to ex-wife Rachael Kneeland since December -- problem is, he still owes another $12,108 PLUS another $3,840 in interest.
Kneeland -- who starred as Becca in "The Ring" back in 2002 -- had a son with Furlong ... before divorcing him back in 2009.
As for Edward, dude appeared in court back in January and told the judge he's "completely broke" -- and judging by his child support record ... he wasn't kidding.
