Judging by the extra pep in his step, rapper T.I. couldn't be happier to be out of prison and back at the same Atlanta halfway house that he was RIPPED out of just a few weeks ago.
T.I. arrived to the facility today wearing camouflage shorts -- perhaps hoping to go unnoticed for the next few weeks ... so he can finally finish up his incarceration without any more drama.
As we previously reported, T.I. was taken from the house on Sept. 1 -- moments after he arrived -- because authorities claim he engaged in shenanigans on his tour bus during the drive from prison.
The rapper is expected to be released on September 29.
