This is nothing new. Restaurants have been imposing required tipping with various Asian peoples due to the fact that they do not traditionally tip. I've had friends go to Japan and the restaurants returned their tip money because they didn't understand what tipping was. Places like Hawaii have automatic gratuity to Japanese and Chinese tourists in certain restaurants.

The Will and Marc buddy buddy outing is fake. If they were such good friends we would have seen pictures of them together a long time ago. In fact Marc Anthony never had anything to much to do with this side of entertainment. We never saw him in anything.
